Delete your ChoiceMind account
You can request deletion directly inside the app or by contacting support.
Delete from the app
- Open ChoiceMind.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Delete by email
If you cannot access the app, email mrtckr.developer@gmail.com with the subject “ChoiceMind Account Deletion”. Include your support code from the app settings if available. If you signed in with Apple or Google, contact us from the email address linked to that account where possible.
What may be deleted
- Account profile data.
- Decision history.
- Decision memory and profile learnings.
- Stored token balance data connected to the account.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where needed for legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute resolution, app store purchase validation, or technical backup reasons. Purchase records handled by Apple or Google are also subject to the applicable store policies.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the account. Backup and log deletion may take longer due to technical retention cycles.
